Bad service. I asked for an ingrown toenail to be cut, and they dug it deeper into the nail and only cut the edge of my normal nail, making it seem like they had cut it. They pushed the ingrown toenail even deeper. Now I'm trying to figure out how to get it out.
Bad customer service, they are rude. I don't recommend you
Staff member friendly, nails alright. First time at this location. Here's what I experienced: Tables are not wiped down between clients was gritty and dirty. Man sitting and eating at station without wipedown afterwards. Mobile uv machine was dirty. Was not asked to wash my hands. Floors have ground in dirt everywhere. Will not return un less they clean up.
I will not recommend this nail salon whatsoever. I went here to get my nails twice and I was disappointed both times. I asked for a French tip with a very simple design on my ring finger and the lady was not able to do it and I got charged $10 more than the price I was told it was. Never going back!
