I go to see my Tea and Pearl both wonderful ladies . I have been going for years love the service all the ladies are very pleasant
I’ve been going to this salon for a number of years. Go to the same technician for services. Last time I had a pedicure not sure what type of nail polish was used. When on vacation it started to come off which is fine. When I got home tried to take the rest off & it just wouldn’t come off with nail polish remover I had at home.I even tried rubbing alcohol & hairspray( googled that). TLDR: Destroyed my natural nail, causing pain and breakage. Didn't give me what I asked for, even though I confirmed she could before I agreed to sit down. --- I stopped in at this location because the sign outside said they do gel nails, and I needed a freshen-up and refill. I confirmed with the technician serving me that she would be able to do this, and I showed her a photo of the type of nail I wanted done. I was incredibly disappointed with the manicure I received. The nail color started chipping on the first day, and the application itself looked uneven and messy. For the price, I expected a far more polished and long-lasting result.
I just took a picture of their services menu as I can’t see well, the lady just told me, “Don’t take pictures, you’re not allowed.” And she was glaring at me like crazy while doing a customer. That is so unprofessional and very rude to a potential customer, I mean who does that? What kind of training do you give to your employees?
