I walked in today at BN to do my Nails, & I had the pleasure of meeting Jesica, she was absolutely amazing and super kind. She made sure I was beyond satisfied. I will surely go back there again soon. Thank you Jessica

I had an amazing experience at BN Nails and Spa! Everyone who works there is very accommodating, friendly, and truly knowledgeable at what they do. They immediately fixed my eyelashes and my cracked nails without any hassle. The service was excellent from start to finish, which I really appreciated. The place is also very clean and well organized. I’ll definitely be coming back and highly recommend them! ☺️

Worst experience I have had in a long time. Poor service, zero accountability, and no serious effort to resolve the problem. If the business owner cares about their reputation, they should reach out and address this issue immediately.
