Martin handled the communication with our insurance company and within 2 weeks we had a new roof! I can't recommend Vortex enough if you're looking for a professional, smooth, and timely experience!

We’ve worked with Vortex Roofing twice. The first time was when they re-roofed my elderly aunt’s home in Fort Worth. We had a great and seamless experience with Vortex that time, so when our own roof and wooden fence were damaged by hail, we reached out to Vortex Roofing again. We were a little further out in Waxahachie, but they had no problem working with us and walking us through the insurance claim process. The construction was painless. I cannot be more grateful to Vortex, Jared came and inspect my roof, assisted me when my insurance declined the full and fair repair. The whole crew came at 6am and finished the work by noon!! They did an excellent and clean job😃
