Great service. Trustworthy and knowledgeable crew.
Seth has been coming out to service our hot tub every week and has been working wonders to keep it clean and working without issue. He is always punctual and courteous.
Talk about incompetent. I just dont understand. This company is run by a bunch of people that have no sense of urgency or respect. Make someone wait over a week and keep lying that your sending a estimate. No communication no nothing. I just dont get it. Worst service in my 22 year career. And I've worked with alot of vendors. This will be one that I will be telling everyone my experience. With 5 hotels you would think they would want the work. Guess not. Worst company I have ever dealt with.
Vortex’s techs consistently deliver exceptional service. We’ve had a short-term rental and occasionally encountered guests who neglected to maintain the hot tub.
