Could be off to a better start... Since Vortex Pools have taken over I no longer receive a reply to my emails. I don't have an account number with my bill and therefore cannot set up a payment directly from the bank. Also I sent an email with concern about the heavy chlorine smell which was never an issue with the previous company. It would be nice if you would include my account number with the bill, and include an email to send any concerns. Thank you

Votex and their have been awesome for our homes, The front office is VERY experienced and will follow up and take care of ANY Issue if you communicate with them.
