Highly recommend for furnace repairs out of town.
Furnace not working in -35 weather, Dylan came the same day, was knowledgeable, friendly, professional. Got everything sorted out, helped with some other issues as well.
Just had a furnace installed, lovely and professional folks from office staff to installers. The install was super fast and everything looks fantastic, sleek, and well thought out. I think they left the furnace area cleaner than they found it! 6/5 Highly recommend!
If you’re using another plumber you deserve what you get. I’ve dealt with vortex for 8 years. Their service is next to none.
