I had a kitchen drain stoppage. I had never used Vortex Plumbing before, but a friend said they were great. So I called them and they sent out a tech named Paul Anderson. My first comment to him was, "I'm sure you will need to use a hydro jet to clear the clog. I have had other plumbers come out before to snake the line and they always tell me they have to use the hydro jet to clear the blockage." We've used vortex plumbing twice in the past few years. Just recently, our kitchen sink got clogged and the old plastic pipe burst under the sink, causing a leak in our mobile home. Called them and they came early the next day. Not too expensive. Paul was a cool young guy with long hair, and a very fair and honest person. Took him one hour to snake the line, installed a Y valve so the line can be snaked easier next time, and replaced the pipes. Will use them again if needed.
