I had a kitchen drain stoppage. I had never used Vortex Plumbing before, but a friend said they were great. So I called them and they sent out a tech named Paul Anderson. My first comment to him was, "I'm sure you will need to use a hydro jet to clear the clog. I have had other plumbers come out before to snake the line and they always tell me they have to use the hydro jet to clear the blockage."
