Mark did a great job for us, hh addressed the initial issue, and address other concerns we had.
Vortex is a great company! We've had a couple issues with our automatic doors a little later in the day, fortunately they were able to come out quickly and get the job done! Mark was great! Very cordial, explained what was happening, and fixed our door. He also put complimentary stickers on the door that didn't even need fixed! Great guy and awesome company. Zero complaints here.
Justin and Carlos were amazing and did a fantastic job. Very professional and quality work. Very kind and knowledgeable.
