Our air handler stopped working on a Friday around 5:30 pm. I called a couple of companies but no one could come out until Saturday morning. I called Vortex and they were able to dispatch at tech between 7:00 - 9:00 pm that night. Our tech arrived earlier than later, identified the problem, fixed it and left us with nice, cold air. We don't feel like we were overcharged for the service. Our tech (wish I could remember his name) was so courteous and efficient. Thank you Vortex!!!
In the middle of summer when they are in high demand, Vortex was able to get us in immediately. Our service tech, Michael, was knowledgeable, professional, and fast! No complaints at all!

Was so happy to make Virtex my AC company. Awesome Brandt came and checked everything. He is so wonderful
i had been having issues with my drain line and was clearing it myself, when I finally realized there was something more going on Brandt came out and found my coil and blower motor very dirty, he got it cleaned up even installed a UV light so it wouldn't happen again! They were amazing with great communication from the set up of the call to the completion of the job.
