On time, very professional and friendly , explains everything found ... Very fair... I know something about Air Conditioning and they are very honest. Would recommend this company highly.. 2 months later , had Vortex put in a new A/C system , my old Carrier was barely working ( got 16 yrs though) Vortex gave me the best quote out of 3 companies , Danny and Bill came out ( on time !) They did an excellent job on our maintenance. We have used other companies in the past, but they were not as knowledgeable or as competent as Vortex.
Very timely and courteous as always! They go out of their way to ensure everything is working properly and explaining what’s happening! Inexpensive maintenance plan!
