Horrible experience. New business owner with a not-so-great front door. Called the # on the door for service. Vortex 'no-call/no-showed' on me twice and then showed up randomly. I was mostly just looking for information on what was wrong w/ the door. But they took my door completely off and put back together but were ultimately unable to fix it for needing replacement. Quoted me in crazy amount of money to fix it. I declined. Then hit me with a high service bill. Save your money - call someone else.
This company tried to scam our business by putting Push and Pull stickers on our doors with their number on it pretending that they service our doors. They installed the stickers without our consent and then just left. DON'T WORK WITH THESE SCAMMERS.
Justen and Keven were great, they took time to make sure everything was operating correctly. Went above and beyond what was needed.
The tech were absolutely amazing. Explained everything in great detail, came up with a plant to attack and start crushing it as soon as the got there. Thank you to Justin and Kevin! They did great!! Look forward to giving them more of our business in the future.
