Justin m did an excellent job repairing our automatic door! He was prompt, professional and efficient. The door is working perfectly now. Highly recommend Justin for any door repairs!
They will finish half the job and then force you to wait 3-4 days before they come back. Interesting that they make you priority towards the end of the day. If you aren’t willing to pay after hours they place you as lowest priority.
Update: They worked on the issue with me. 1st visit they were supposed to tell me if they were putting in a temporary fix, they had me sign something without letting me read it. I tried the door and nearly knocked my HEAD OFF because they had not fixed it and did NOT tell me - no warning. Had to pay even though they only did measurements (2 guys 6 hours yeah that's not my problem). I approved a quote for a new spring, 2nd visit put in new spring (one guy by himself got it fine in great time). Within a week started having tro... read more
Justin B showed up on time, was flexible and accommodating with our program participants and staff, and did a great job fixing the door. He also took the time to show what he fixed and tested it in front of me and other staff. He also asked for a broom to clean up after he was done working.
