Great service from Vortex team, Jay and Nathan took the time to explain the problem and fixed the front and rear doors to the commercial building I work at. I thought the doors would need to be replaced but they were able to install new hardware and adjust the doors as if they were new. They went above and beyond adjusting both restroom doors, which I also thought they would need to replaced. Thank you for your hard work and great work ethic.
Nathan was awesome! Answered all questions and worked quick. Will be using this company with our gym going forward.
