Nathan very friendly and had the tellers laughing! Fixed our main door Great job!
Nathan did an amazing job with the retro-fit of our sliding door. He was patient with the comings and goings of the residents. Professional in every possible way. Amazing service! We will continue to use Vortex for our doors and recommend them to others.
I had a great experience from scheduling services with Rachel to the initial appointment with Cotton. He was thorough and confident they would be able to service us after previous companies were unable to provide services. Rachel provided amazing communication with eta for parts and service date. Nathaniel, very polite and knowledgeable and took the time to educate me on operating of our doors. Overall great customer service and highly recommended!
Nathan was fabulous! Very personable and was quick to fix the issue we had. We are really pleased with the work completed on our door. I would recommend Vortex, but I’d also highly recommend Nathan. Great job!
