Irving and Juan were amazing! Helped get our roll up door fixed on a Saturday. Showed up promptly and we’re done in an hour and some change. Will call vortex if I ever have problems.
Juan and Irving were amazing! Our shop gate unexpectedly malfunctioned and it's not like we can wait till Monday to get it fixed. We called Vortex, they came out and got the job done in an hour and a half! Great attitudes. Exactly what you want in a service repair company. Thank You gentlemen!!

These guys were awesome. The placed a call for service from Sylmar office and they were there the next day. Jacob and Travis were great. They explained what was causing our door problem and fixed it. They also brought to my attention possible problems that could potentially happen in the future. Jacob and Travis had great customer service. I will be using them again.
I’m so glad Luis came he did an awesome job, he was very clean , he help me so much , I really appreciate everything he did …. Luis has a great attitude
