I had a really bad problem with my front door for months! After calling and calling each company, they said there is no way to fix it or costed way too much. But after calling Vortex, they brought in this guy name Luis, he came in super respectful, came to greet me first and told me how he was going to fix it and also what the problem was. Great Customer service from Luis he was really helpful and respectful and he was also able to fix my issue with my doors and I really do recommend Luis
Luis was very polite professional and fix our doors in a very good time doors now working like new thank you we will recommend and use vortex again.
We had issues with our dock delivery mechanism, we call like 4 different companies to address our issues with it, we have no luck to get fix it we call vortex and Luis shows up on time very polite and professional, he found the issue he explain to us the situation he call some place and he pick up the parts and fix our dock same day, we will use vortex again 10/10
He had a dock issues and doors issues in are company. The person who came put and take a look at it, was Luis, from Vortex. He right away was able to fix the issues and now are dock has no issues, also with the door and the main entrance. I will recommend Luis to other work side, he's helpful and kind person.
