Had them come to my workplace for looking at and possibly repairing our door. They did not tell us when setting up the appointment that there is a minimum 30 minute travel time each direction (even though we’re at most 10 minutes away). Technician who came out while did specify that he doesn’t have anything to do with pricing) said it would probably be 250 maybe a little more for repairing it. Avoid!! Very rude customer service when inquiring about services. No common courtesy greetings like hello, how are you. Thank you for calling. When I asked questions about services in general, they wouldn't answer them. Definitely wouldn't recommend!

We had a garage door break and they came out quick for an emergency fix. I understand the high cost of that call. The estimate was extremely high so we got another bid and it was half the cost of the estimate to do the final repair, and the job got done a lot faster. Really felt like we would have been ripped off if we had proceeded with them. Lesson learned - always get a second bid.

Wow - I just called to inquire about adding hoses to a roll up door. They want to charge $756 for ONE hour just to evaluate the door. I'm not so sure how complicated it is to install the hoses, but I'll be now using other companies for this service. We've been a long time client for this company too, not any more! I asked the person if that charge is accurate and she said, yes, that's for one hour and if materials were needed it would be extra and she confirmed that's only for one hour - Beware!!
