What a GIANT waste of time. We placed an order for a custom wood door for our front entry in July. We were told 6-8 weeks. It’s been 6 months and we STILL don’t have our door. Their shipping container was finally received and after processing all of the material - come to find out our order was never even in there. ETO dropped the ball big time and now we are moving into a new house without a front door. Never again. Go ANYWHERE but this company. They’ll take your money and run.

Sergio N. and Roberto did an amazing Job on my receiving roll up door. I love how they were so detailed and quick I would recommend them to everyone.
Sergio N came out the same day I called asking for repairs to our lobby door handle which is a high traffic door. He was able to get it working again so residents could exit and was clear on what he work did and his recommendations going forward. Very much appreciate his expertise and time.
