We were in desperate need of getting our coil springs replaced and repaired on one of our roll-up doors. Cesar and Sergio N. came in and were extremely professional throughout the entire process. They provided updates whenever we asked, demonstrated great knowledge, and completed the repair quickly and safely. They were cordial, professional, and kept us informed every step of the way. We truly value these two team members from Vortex and appreciate their excellent service.

SergioN was very helpful! 6/5 starsss!! he was able to quickly resolve our issues and even went above and beyond and cleaned our glass door and windows for us. He spent extra time to ensure that everything was working before leaving. THE BEST!
Sergio N did a great job repairing our broken garage door that came off the guide.
I had my rollup door fixed and the guy took his time fixing it it was an emergency call so I expected to pay more but to unstuck a roller door which took about 30 min and charge me $807 way too much I would not recommend this company.people look at yelp review tell me how they got 4.9 on google
