10/10 would absolutely recommend Vortex Doors to anyone who is need of door repairs/service. It took 2 weeks for my previous door service company to respond to me so I ended up calling Vortex and they provided service on the same day. A gentleman named Ryan arrived diagnosed our door and told us he would expedite the parts get it done asap! Ryan was helpful and quick with his methods. 100% will use them again for any door needs.
