I have to express my appreciation for the rapid service provided today. I called early this morning and received same-day service only a few hours later. It is frustrating when service is delayed until the end of the day and then rushed. Your quick response was a breath of fresh air in an industry where customer satisfaction is so critical.
Ryan and Brayan showed up timely , where professional and offered advice on the fix for the future. Great service
10/10 would absolutely recommend Vortex Doors to anyone who is need of door repairs/service. It took 2 weeks for my previous door service company to respond to me so I ended up calling Vortex and they provided service on the same day. A gentleman named Ryan arrived diagnosed our door and told us he would expedite the parts get it done asap! Ryan was helpful and quick with his methods. 100% will use them again for any door needs.
Ryan and Brian were so helpful and patient with all the questions we had for them. Great work and fixed our doors too!
