I give only a 2 because he came at the last minute. Had someone coming to clean my sisters empty house prior to move in & they cancelled. She’s undergoing treatment & house needed to be cleaned From floors being installed. He was there 2 hours. He feather dusted. After leaving I noticed he had not cleaned the bathrooms at all although saying he did. Dust and dirt still in sinks & showers. Towel bars etc still had dust on them. Unreal! What a wonderful job he did very professional and very thural my furniture and carpets looked like new, i will diffrently use his services again and also refer his company to my friends. So if you are needing your carpets and upholstery cleaned he is the one to call and you cant beat the prices Michael
I've tried other carpet cleaning companies, but no one can compare to Vortex! I thought I was going to have to replace the carpet in my basement After my daughter lived in it for the summer and her dogs used it for a potty all summer. I gave him a chance and trusted him because he does such great work, but had my doubts. He saved the carpet and my wallet! I cannot recommend this company enough!
Scott and his company is just great. They are very pleasant, fair priced and the results outstanding. I highly recommend them and will most certainly use them again!
