Selling Faulting cars and NOT agreeing… Selling Faulting cars and NOT agreeing to fix preexisting issues We reported faults with the car before we bought it, Vortex said he will get it fixed before the car was delivered. This repairs were not done, instead they delivered a faulty car to us and directed us to the warrantee company. It's been a roller coaster since then. Pillar to post. Lying to us everyday. We wish to return the car because these issues were reported before the car sale.
We had a very positive experience when dealing with Vortex Cars. Trevor and John were both great to deal with and were very helpful. We purchased a Range Rover Evoque from them and were able to pick it up a couple of days later, once they had MOT'd and checked the car over before us collecting. I love my new car! and we would certainly recommend Vortex to friends and family in the future.
