Reuben and Mark know their stuff - even on our older 'classic' machines. Excellent troubleshooting skills on our CNC equipment.
The Vortechs Automation team did a fantastic job with identifying solutions and implementing them on one of our automated coating systems to improve safety as well as making the software more user friendly for our technicians. Their team were all very knowledgeable and easy to work with. They were able to deliver a solution on time that was perfect for our needs. I would highly recommend them for future automation projects.
We have a piece of equipment that is about 27 years old. Mechanically was working fine, but the control boards died and the manufacturer told us they were discontinued. And of course, "no one there knew how to fix it because it was too old." They offered to sell us a new piece of equipment though.... We reached out to Reuben and Vortechs.
