I recently noticed moisture in the corner of my garage. I contacted a local company in the Cowichan Valley. The lady on the phone was efficient and was able to get the two service techs out to my house in a relatively timely manner. Erik and Ernie from Vortech were efficient and were able to provide me with a solution to the moisture problem in my garage. I would highly recommend this company and the employees to anyone seeking drainage or moisture related issues. The bill accurately reflected the time on site.

Amazing! I had a deadline of 5 hours for a condition to be removed regarding the sale of my home. I called Holly at Vortech around 9am and a Russ the technician was at my home before noon to address the well system's filters and UV light. Both Holly and Russ were incredible communicators and willing to go the extra mile for me to get this done without much notice. Incredible - thanks you guys:)

I live on Saltspring Island. On Saltspring Island we have issues with heavy metals with our water. I called up Vortek Plumbing for help and they were amazing. Holly helped me sort out some issues and gave me some excellent advice and help as they had worked and installed the system in our home a year before we purchased our property. Great to deal with a professional company like Vortech, from my first call, speaking to Holly through to having Eric come and deal with my drainage issues was first class. Eric was a wealth of knowledge and advice. Very professional. Great work ethic and a very hard worker. Having Vortech come out and clean out all my drains and some of my downspouts, finding and clearing clogged outflows and problem areas gives us a great sense of ease that we won't have anymore issues.
