Excxeptional.service. Technician arrived early. He had ALL necessary equipment and supplies with him and was finished taking out old hot water tank and installing new one in less than 90 minutes. And he did a great clean up. Brandon was excellent. Very pleased.

I just realized my water system hasn’t worked for 3 month since the last time it was suppose to be “fixed” by another company…I got fed up and called Vortech…Dan went thru the whole system…dumped the salt system and cleared the plug…checked and cleaned the pump heads and when he had it running I realized I hadn’t heard it backwashing in awhile…wow! THANK YOU VORTECH…

From our first phone call with Holly and having multiple employees on our property every thing has been great. We had our well and septic system updated and we are having them back to install a new hot water tank. We will be using Vortec agian in the future and would recommend them to anyone.
