New security alarm installation Vortec Security technician (Robert) came to my house to fix my existing alarm system. He was very knowledgeable about the security system that was installed over 10 years ago. I liked how upfront and reasonable the pricing was. No high pressure sales tactics as other companies I was shopping with. Very friendly, helpful and the technician went out of his way to help me understand the new system that he upgraded me with. Unsatisfied Customer Final update: Final review: Since Robert emailed me on March 31, 2013 where he said that he would come by to help me with this alarm system he installed, he has not answered any attempts to reach him. I called another alarm company who was able to correct my problem OVER THE TELEPHONE within a few minutes time. If Robert really knows what he's doing in this line of work, I'm sure he could have done the same. I guess he's not "all that" as he claims. I'm writing him off FOREVER and anyone else considering... read more
