Car has been there for 6 weeks. The pastn2 weeks I called 10 times a day and no answer.
Solid dude... called him up and told him the issues, he got back with a quote surprisingly quick and in the shop a couple days later. One issue always causes another, but he told be about it Before he did it, had the part a short time later, and even clues me in on a possible issue later (with pics to prove it). My daughter's audi needs some work too, and I'll be making sure it goes through his shop.
I thought for sure that a 5 star rating on an auto shop was b.s. until Phillip proved otherwise! He deserves every bit of this 5 star! Thank you for being honest, communicative, friendly and thorough! Oh and pair pricing!!
Great mechanic with high quality and timely service
Phillip worked with me on the bill knowing I am a single mom in school with young kids, he communicated with me about everything, and he was so kind and understanding. I have never met such a trustworthy mechanic.
