Fixed my scooter same day—dropped it off and they called me right as I got home! Very friendly, no hassle about warranty repair. Recommended! --EDIT 2 YEARS LATER-- Boy what a decline. TLDR--if you give them your scooter to fix, it will go unrepaired for months and eventually disappear. The scooter is great. The company customer service sucks, trying to get someone on the phone is nearly impossible. leave a voice mail or send a text and no one responds.
Emove cruiser is a maintaince nightmare , moto failed after 2 days of being replaced . And they don’t offer free fix either .
I can't explain how upset and really disappointed I am. It's been 3 months since I sent my scooter for repairs.I purchased my scooter around January. After having it for 2 weeks after it stopped working. I called to have updates on my scooter, and they keep telling me 2 weeks (it's been 3 months).
