Fantastic customer service, felt like I made a new friend. My vehicle broke down in town. They had an idea of what it was but wanted it for the day to make sure everything is ok. Owner gave me full details on what it was and took the inexpensive route since it was unusually cold until it issue proves to be consistent. I haven't had any issues since. Greatly appreciated!! Highly recommend!!
I got mini vacation with family at this wonderful neighborhood during the Christmas...Accidentally hit nail and get flat tire.I found that shop at December,26 and they were closed for business. But owner did help me and make me happy!!!Thank you very much, Vork!Merry Christmas to everyone who did read this message!
We got a flat tire near Finlayson. I asked if there was a place nearby and the guy told me about Vorks. He said if the owner is there he’ll take care of you. He was right. We got there and he said he was closed but he wouldn’t leave us stranded. He was super friendly and repaired the tire and got us back on the highway in about 20 minutes.
Vork's Auto Repair kann ich nur empfehlen.👍 Wir sind spontan hingefahren, weil im Display die Anzeige: "Airbag System Service" angezeigt wurde. Wir wurden sofort bedient.👌 Noch auf dem Platz stellten wir fest, daß ein Reifen Luft verliert. Da ein Wechsel aller Reifen bevor stand, ließen wir alle 4 erneuern. Trotz erheblicher Schwierigkeiten, genau unsere Reifengröße zu besorgen, bekamen wir neue. Der Chef hat uns seine gegeben, die er vor kurzem auf seinem eigenen Truck montiert hatte.👏
What's the worse time to find a nail in your truck tire? Friday night at 4:50 on Labor Day weekend!! This place was awesome! We're camping from out of town and they had us back on the road in 13 minutes!! No crabby face or attitude because of the time. Just great customer service! 😊People in Sandstone are lucky to have this shop in town for their car care. 🙌Thanks again for your help!!
