Our dear aunt recently had a fall, which resulted in an injury to her neck. This necessitated her moving from her lovely apartment at Voralto Assisted Living to a room at the Voralto Skilled Nursing Facility. While she was there, she received wonderful care and enjoyed her stay. We watched her steadily improve, until she was up and around again. We are very grateful for the entire staff. Presentation, and visual means alot... I received BOTH from Voralto; WARM WARM WELCOME from Staff, and the CLEANNESS through out the property !!! Dad was shy ,scared , in beginning of tour BUT Ms. Maricar, and Paul made dad feel WELCOMED and CARED about !!! Very peaceful, and feels cozy ,and homie !!! I'm putting it out here very bluntly CHOOSE THIS PLACE !!! , ....
I have been a resident at Nazareth Vista now Voralto Living at Belmont for three years. I appreciate the small family-like setting where one is able to get to know other residents and staff if one chooses to do so. Administration and management are open to the concerns I have regarding the facility as well as the concerns of other residents. They rectify the concern if possible. The staff works very hard to accommodate our needs. I am happy to call Voralto at Belmont my home.
