I have been bringing my son here for the past 2 years and love Dr. koerner. He listens, make recommendations, and he does not try to force anything on you. He is also willing to make whatever referrals needed. His office always have sick appointments available and scheduling is easy! Merged with cooper and now gives me mill house, less familiarity/family based and more of getting them in and out. I used to enjoy going bc it felt family based and the care was great. 30 minutes on hold. They never answere the phone. They use a call center.
Dr. Koerner has been my general practitioner for almost 20 years. He has amazing bed side manners and is one of the few doctors that I have met that take time to explain diagnoses and and provide information about anything you might want to know. The practice allows medical students to gain necessary experience by working along side the doctors but this is an option the patient can deny if they do not want to be seen by a student. Drs. Leone and Koerner are great. Knowledgeable, courteous and they take the time to explain things so you can understand them. Their staff is equally efficient and courteous. Wont find better!
