Muay Thai is a combat sport that utilises punches, elbows, kicks and knees. It is often referred to as "the art of eight limbs". At Voodoo Combat, our coaches focus on teaching our students the fundamentals of Muay Thai. Using structured lesson plans that include pad work, heavy bag drills, clinch training and dutch drills that progress into controlled sparring. We offer classes for all levels of experience and fitness.
