Great Products, Great Staff, Great Location.
Dirty and poor service – Check out counters are filthy; Cold cuts are cut against the grain; the manager is too busy to come to the phone. This is 2011, and I agree with a previous review from 2008 stating the produce is not fresh... Get to work people.
Service with an attitude and bad produce – I realize they are a union shop, but so is Disneyland and the customer service are miles apart. They will challange you on coupon use, they will challange you on wrong prices, the cashiers sling your groceries, they overload bags, they act like they really could care less. Now the produce.
