I put in my refill request a week and a half ago and have been calling and going to the pharmacy almost everyday just for them to tell me it will be ready the next day. It’s been a week and it’s still not ready. I have a nasty feeling that they have been withholding my prescription just to give it to someone else and that is extremely unethical and unprofessional. I called up there today again and requested if they can give me a partial refill and they put me on hold, took me off of hold without realizing and never came back... read more
Ever since COVID, this location has been steady going downhill. They are understaffed and the moral is low. They must be cutting hours too because things are not stocked early in the morning like they used to be. Frankly, it kinda makes me sad shopping there now. Recently, I started to go out of my way to go to the Vons on L instead. The layout is better and calming. Oh! And I HATE the ENTER/EXIT ONLY doors. It's annoying. Another reason I will go out of my way to L.
