Ken and the staff at this location are all eager to help my husband and I with our prescription needs. We appreciate them! Only thing to keep me from giving five stars is it never fails, I show up when they’re closed for lunch, but that’s really my fault not theirs.
It's a nightmare to get the medicine at this pharmacy. If you don't want to waist time . Just look for other one. I'm been dealing with them with current prescription. And others in the pass. And they even can't do anything to resolve the problem. Bad service
Kudos to Pharmacist Kenneth….. I was having a problem with insurance authorization, but he was able to get things straightened out and “save the day”! Thanks for the great customer service !
Konnie - cashier, and Jonah - shelf stocker, were both exceptionally knowledgeable, patient, and helpful in guiding me me through the weird labyrinth of Vons shelf stocking, sales, etc. They were wonderful to patiently spend time guiding me through the chaos. Well done !!!
Can this be real life? A pharmacy that is fast, efficient, doesn’t leave you jumping through hoops, very little wait time on phone or while picking up. And they have my meds! ( been going to months so far) oh! And their employees have generally good customer service. Kudos to this place
