This pharmacy and staff are the worst of the worst. Slow, rude, condescending and unwilling to actually assist you. It is more like a low end self serve pharmacy that is unable to get my insurance accurate despite repeated efforts. Then they charge exorbitant prices because of their own i eternal errors. And lunch is not 30 minutes as there sign notes. It is actually over an hour " because the pharmacist has to call the doctors office" They certainly NEVER called my doctor's office for clarity. In line for 46 minutes. Need this med! Took 4 phone calls before they found the fax from Dr. It was faxed at 130pm it was finally filled. But the line is rediculous.
The pharmacists and Techs there are absolutely amazing.....no joke minutes after my Dr. Send scripts I get the texts that they are filled. Keep it up guys!!!!!!
I'm surprised to see that the Vons grocery store has a pharmacy. Pharmacists are thoughough and quick.
They sure don’t like answering their phones! I think they’re always short staffed?
