This review is about the pharmacy techs. The pharmacists aren’t great. But you rarely deal with them in person. But the pharmacy techs - Clyde in particular - are amazing. Very friendly, always willing to rush a script with the pharmacist if I arrive early, and great to chat with.
Earlier today I was debating switching all my prescriptions to this pharmacy because it is the most convenient one to where I live. The male pharmacist, or assistant or technician - whichever male employee works at 4:45 on Sunday April 12th was so disturbingly rude on the phone that I am sitting here astounded and actually angry. It's been a long time since I had someone hang up on me mid conversation and yet, this is what felt appropriate to him. Thank you but no - I will happily pay more to a pharmacy further away.
The care and expertise of the staff are wonderful- this is a 5 star pharmacy- very grateful to have such professional to help me navigate prescriptions!
