I experienced a dispensing error at this Grover Beach location. I was prescribed and pre-paid for 20 tablets of an antiemetic but only received 10 tabs. As a PharmD candidate myself, I understand that 'shorts' happen in a retail environment, but this is a recurrent issue at this location, which suggests a systemic failure in their final verification protocols.
