I experienced a dispensing error at this Grover Beach location. I was prescribed and pre-paid for 20 tablets of an antiemetic but only received 10 tabs. As a PharmD candidate myself, I understand that 'shorts' happen in a retail environment, but this is a recurrent issue at this location, which suggests a systemic failure in their final verification protocols. The pharmacist was very nice and helpful
The pharmacist is super kind and I saw him stay late to help and wait for someone who really needed their medication and was going be arriving near or after closing! I go here all the time and they try their best to go fast but not rushing their customers!
Great customer service with a smile and a sense of humor an added plus when no one smiles anymore staff at Vons does . It’s great!
