The absolute worst Pharmacy.. I've had over n over year after year problems with their lack of information, lousy systems, miscommunication etc... Done going some where else..
Vons Pharmacy is amazing! The pharmacists are great. Monica is fabulous. She remembers our whole family by name & always asks how the kids are doing. They treat you with small town courtesies with all the good things that go with a bigger city. You can Pick up prescriptions & groceries in the same stop.
I have to go there every month to for various medications and the staff is very friendly, quick and helpful. Have tried several other pharmacies in the Valley and they are the best.
I am writing to formally express my dissatisfaction with the multiple terrible experiences I have had at the Vons pharmacy, particularly involving the pharmacy manager, Amir Aria. These incidents have significantly impacted my patient experience and raised serious safety concerns regarding the handling of my prescriptions where I end up having to use another pharmacy to get my medication.
