Staff is kind, store is clean, never had an issue here :)
We love them, like one. Overall, outstanding experiences. They are great and compassionate with my elderly mama. They work with us, and bend over backwards to get her needs met. She has to do a mix of GoodRx, Medicare Part D, and cash for her prescriptions. They help us get the best price every time. Will, thank you for all you do for mama. I appreciate you good sir!
Called in an RX was told it would be ready the next day, I call the next day and was told within 2 hours I got there 2.5 hours later and they haven't even started to fill it. So rude!
The staff are very careful with HIPPA controlled client information. Their attitude is very professional as well as friendly. I really appreciate the staff taking time to learn my name and a few things about me. It’s very much a small neighborhood feeling.
