Ever since COVID, this location has been steady going downhill. They are understaffed and the moral is low. They must be cutting hours too because things are not stocked early in the morning like they used to be. Frankly, it kinda makes me sad shopping there now. Recently, I started to go out of my way to go to the Vons on L instead. The layout is better and calming. Oh! And I HATE the ENTER/EXIT ONLY doors. It's annoying. Another reason I will go out of my way to L.
Update 7-6-25 UNPROFESSIONAL!!! All good things come to an end. If I could give negative stars I would. I don’t t why Vons pharmacy has such a hard time keeping quality pharmacists and I have now met the worst one to walk through those doors and that’s saying a lot. The previous manager that actually had communication skills and understands customer service is gone. They are back to pathetic, low communication skills horrible employees. Absolute garbage.
