I had a disappointing experience at Vons recently. I brought my small dog with me because it was over 80° outside, and I didn’t feel comfortable leaving him in a hot car. When I arrived, a friendly employee near the entrance said it was okay to bring him in the cart due to the heat — I even asked for permission out of respect for the rules.
