Their system doesn't work. It took many days to be notified of my prescriptions long after the doctor's offiice sent them. So I had to call Vons almost every time before picking up. They blamed me for not using their app. So, I installed the app, but it ultimately didn't matter. For example, I requested my doctor's office send them a refilled order. This location is always busy - they could Definitely use more help. I’ve been using this pharmacy for years and all staff is so helpful and go above and beyond. So thankful and grateful for all of them
Very unprofessional pharmacy. I called 6 times, I was put on hold 6 times, only to be hung up on 6 times.
The best group of professionals I have encountered in a long time. Will receive my business for a long time to come
