I have to go there every month to for various medications and the staff is very friendly, quick and helpful. Have tried several other pharmacies in the Valley and they are the best.
I am writing to formally express my dissatisfaction with the multiple terrible experiences I have had at the Vons pharmacy, particularly involving the pharmacy manager, Amir Aria. These incidents have significantly impacted my patient experience and raised serious safety concerns regarding the handling of my prescriptions where I end up having to use another pharmacy to get my medication. Very incompetent and rude people running the pharmacist. I moved all my medication elsewhere.
My doctors office has called in prescriptions several times and this pharmacy has lost proof that was ever called in. This place is so unorganized that I’m applaud by the service
