I've recently got vaccine shot, been 5 days now I have big bruised on my shoulder. Blood running down on my arm after he pull out the needle. Pharmcist should be able to do better job than that.

While the store and employees are very nice, I'm disgusted with the online shopping experience. I am trying to shop for delivery but their website never works correctly. There should be a section where I can enter the item I want, rather than having to scroll through all the items in that department. This is one reason I shop mostly at Ralph's and sprouts rather than Vons. Fix your website PLEASE!!!
