Thanks so much, Vons, for being open 24/7. It’s honestly getting hard to find grocery stores with those hours anymore, even in LA, so I really appreciate this location. They also usually have a great inventory and keep things well stocked. Tonight’s Instacart delivery was excellent as well. Chad was on time, communicated right away about a substitute item, and was very friendly at drop-off. I placed an online order for a rainbow 24 count pull apart cupcake cake for my daughter’s rainbow themed birthday party. I made sure to place it 2 days prior to needing the cake. When I went to pick up my order, I was given 24 cupcakes with white frosting. Nothing close to what I had ordered. The DOUG person handing me the order said they asked the bakery about completing the order however they claimed no body was there to decorate it. By far the worst vons on earth.. I dont know where they find thier workers but if you want someone to ruin your good day just because they hate thier job and life i guess that's the place you should go... Be careful to ask a question you might get a death stare down or a sarcastic response no matter how nicely you asked lol ... and good luck finding wic items because they dont bother to put stickers like every other supermarkets in America or refill the fridges, so many items are out of stock and very soon expiration dates .... read more
