I never had a good experience with their Deli department. Literally every one who works there is rude and unpleasant. They don’t have numbers for customers to take in order to be served and people just stand there waiting to be assisted. And when a worker comes out to help a customer, they just choose someone without asking who’s next and people don’t even bother to say that they’re not there first. When a grocery store starts to control the quantity or measure of the items it exists to sell, it is the beginning of a downhill spiral. There are many options here in Huntington Beach and the stupidity of this store limiting a raincheck to 6 items is cause to shop elsewhere.

Love this Vons however everytime I place a pick up order I get notified that at least one of my items is out of stock and each time I go into the vons and find the said "out of stock" item. I'm not sure if this is just a new fun game we're playing. Please see attached picture of out of stock cheese and cereal and then the pictures of both items found in the store.
