They are unprofessional, rude and most importantly racist. One of their realtor's by the name of Charles Goforth took a week to respond to my realtor, about one of their properties I was interested in. Mr. Goforth informed my realtor that he had returned her call several times, which he had not. He went on to say, that the "owner" was looking for a client in a certain tax bracket and unfortunately I wasn't in it. There are a lot of great RE agents out there unfortunately Vonnie Cobb is not one of them. They don't return phone calls or emails, and when you speak to an agent they make excuses for delays. I had to contact the home owner through Linkedin in order to get the agency to call me back. I had a terrible experience with than and would strongly recommend you use a different agency for listing or property management.
