I use Vaughn to travel from Austin to Dallas with being in July . I am unable to put into words how simple and efficient the services, is my first time traveling on Vaughn and I will definitely do it again strong recommendation fast efficient okay maybe not super super fast but very efficient and on schedule
The service was courteous and professional. The accommodations and facilities were clean. The meal and snacks for the 1:00pm departure was very much appreciated. I would have liked there for to be an additional departure time between 10:30a and 1:00pm. Other than, I will mostly likely use this form of transportation in the future.
Whoever was driving the bus with the license plate number K19-1520 on July 10 2025 needs to take driving lessons. He almost crushed my mini van while I was merging on the highway in bastrop when he had a whole free lane on the left of him .
I took my first Vonlane trip from Houston to Austin on a Friday morning, and it was an awesome experience from start to finish. Everything was seamless, comfortable, and easy—and a big part of that was thanks to John, our onboard attendant. He was friendly, attentive, and made the ride feel more like a relaxing getaway than a commute. The trip flew by, and I really appreciated the level of service. I hope I get to ride with John again on a future Vonlane trip!
My first VONLANE experience is wonderful! The staff is professional. I was able to change to the earlier bus when I had booked for 2 hours later. The seat is comfy. I hear someone talking, but softly. I was offered a blanket and good snacks. I'm going to take a nap now. The Doubletree is so convenient in Austin. Thank you for making my day easier.
