Whoever was driving the bus with the license plate number K19-1520 on July 10 2025 needs to take driving lessons. He almost crushed my mini van while I was merging on the highway in bastrop when he had a whole free lane on the left of him .
I took my first Vonlane trip from Houston to Austin on a Friday morning, and it was an awesome experience from start to finish. Everything was seamless, comfortable, and easy—and a big part of that was thanks to John, our onboard attendant. He was friendly, attentive, and made the ride feel more like a relaxing getaway than a commute. The trip flew by, and I really appreciated the level of service. I hope I get to ride with John again on a future Vonlane trip!
My first VONLANE experience is wonderful! The staff is professional. I was able to change to the earlier bus when I had booked for 2 hours later. The seat is comfy. I hear someone talking, but softly. I was offered a blanket and good snacks. I'm going to take a nap now. The Doubletree is so convenient in Austin. Thank you for making my day easier.
Crystal was 10/10, visiting from the UK and I’ve never seen such a stylish coach with such friendly hospitable staff! Will be using again
Currently onboard Vonlane 891 Austin to Dallas. Please take this bus out of service and fix the air conditioning. It’s a 100 degree day outside.
