Vonkat is a great shock. It has worked very well offroad on my talaria. However, when it comes to a rebuild you have to send it in to them. Apparently they dont even do it, they outsource it to some guy in utah and they say 2 week turnaround but for me it ended up being almost 5. After communicating multiple times with them they said theres nothing they could do and to just wait for the guy to get around to shipping it back. Picked up a ten five and called when installing, they helped me get it set up right. Loving it so far, my wheel is glued to the ground through the bumps.
