Connor has been a tremendous help when it comes to weight lighting and meal prep. His fitness app definitely helps me stay accountable for my lifts and easy to use while working out. His fitness plan has helped me loose weight and gain muscle in the right places. I’ve tried multiple coaches when tryin to loose weight, but all of them charge a foot and a leg just to get you to do the bare minimum on training. Connor is the man to get you where you want to be for a great price and lasting benefits.
