I have known Vondell as a coach and a mentor for many years. He always goes above and beyond for his clients. Although I have not used him in a real estate transaction, I would certainly seek his help it and when that time comes.
Vondell, so much to say. He is absolutely patient, kind, and has a big heart. He truly has your best interests at heart. I wanted a realtor who was there for me and my wife, someone who wouldn’t be afraid to get a little dirty if push comes to shove—and he did just that. He’s not just a realtor, but more like family. It was amazing to work with him. My wife and I both agree that he is the realtor we would choose if we ever decide to buy another house. Give him a try; you won’t regret that decision.
We had a home to sell in Ga and was thinking about moving to Tn! Vondell hooked us up with two realtors to interview for our best match and kept in touch throughout our selling experience! After 50+ days we are sold and moving into our new Townhome could be happier! Thanks Vondell

Huge shoutout to Vondell Richmond and Kate Duddridge!! They were an awesome team. From the moment we started the preapproval process all the way to the closing table they stood beside me and not behind me. They answered every question I had regardless if it was common sense! This was my first rodeo and I was not knowledgeable about a lot but they made sure I understood every piece of information. Thank yall so much for everything yall did and I’m loving my new home!!
