Vonda and Caleb were amazing to work with and remain so. There were plenty of folks eager to get me to sign for a mortgage at their default rate. Vonda and Caleb took the time to understand my situation and were the *only* ones who understood that I could qualify for a lower rate with the right educational certificate in Colorado. In a very unstable market, they helped me find the best deal for my family and put us in a great position for the next few years. I can’t recommend them enough.

Vonda Downs and Movement Mortgage made the process of buying our home so smooth! We were working on a short timeframe and she was very accommodating. She went on vacation two days after we first met with her. She kept us in the loop, even while on vacation! She went above and beyond our expectations in this process. We are currently painting and preparing the home to move in. We are so excited o make this house our home!
