I’ve been a paying customer of Vonage Business Cloud since 2020, with consistent monthly payments totaling over $2,700 across five years. But in August 2025, Vonage attempted to force a 2-year auto-renewal contract on me without my consent, then tried to charge me a $737.33 early termination fee — despite the fact that I never signed anything, and submitted multiple written cancellation requests before the renewal date. Have been with Vonage for years, but their service has drastically reduced, and their pricing just gets higher and higher. Do NOT sign up for this service, garbage business!

We had a business account with Vonage for a little over a year, and we were excited to start a small business, in the beginning Vonage seemed like the right match for us. We wanted to give it a chance but texts were not going through and neither were calls. So we decided to switch providers, and we were intent on keeping the phone number.. A manager gave me a 'CSR form' stating that the number was ours and that we could do what we pleased with the number (i.e. transfer the number wherever).
