Extortion, holding my business hostage. A monthly billing amount between $300 and $400 a month consistently for over 7 years, then suddenly an invoice for over $27,000 with no explanation why it is so much higher than normal. Opening a case does nothing, calling to talk to customer service does nothing because they say they can't help since a case is already open. This can't be that difficult to figure out. Switching a number to Vonage, don’t do it. It’s been 4 weeks and we have been missing messages. They also don’t let you send photos nor links.
