Garbage. DO NOT, I REPEAT, DO N OT USE THIS CO.PANY. They shut off SMS service and it's going on 2 weeks and they have no reply as to when, why or how long this is happening. They have completely screwed our company and the main way we interact with clients. When asked, the support folks said, "I'd probably quit too, given i have no info and can't tell you any answers." USELESS COMPANY AND NOBODY IN THE COMPANY CARES.

If I could give a minus 10 on my experience with Vonage business phone service, It still would not reflect the lies I was told when I signed up telling the customer service liar that I made 90% of my calls on cell phone. She said it works great and I finally just had to bite the bullet and do the early termination as their hostage fees cannot cost nearly as much as I have lost in revenue without a phone I could count on. I have now switched to Verizon One Talk and it seems so much more professional. I cannot even speak to a ... read more
