I can’t praise Vona Plumbing enough. Paul, the owner, personally took my call when no one else would respond to my requests. Despite having larger jobs on his schedule, he made time to fit mine in. This level of customer service is rare these days, but Paul exemplifies what a small business should be. He genuinely cares about his work and takes pride in delivering excellent service. Excellent service. He responded right away. I noticed my hot water heater in the early am and by 2pm Paul had a new one installed. I highly recommend him!
